Description:  My 4th revision of this website, they like to keep it fresh and the design up to date and we did just that. I adjusted this template to reflect the well known Red Door theme and used Wordpress for the platform so it is now indexed in search engines easier and automatically as well as instantly creates a RSS news feed for all posts. This site gets a lot of hits and will now be quicker loading, easier to update and easier to view on phone and handheld devices.

Description:  With new ownership and management I had the opportunity to work with this establishment again. The owners wanted to use a past logo but updated a bit and wanted to do away with the red, black, and white. My first idea was to use the elements of the actual building which is a 2 story brick commercial building across from a Mall in Goodlettsville, TN. The interior also showcases the brick and a lot of wood elements. The new owners sanded and re-stained a lot of the wood to help make the place fresh without overdoing it. They also repleced the couches and furniture with wood and brown leather items so it seems warm & cozy-perfect for a place that has so much invested in pool tables and they even offer real steel darts, you don’t see that much anymore. So I mirrored this look on the website, menus & business cards. I used a maple burl wood fill on the logo and brick backgrounds on everything. It keeps it simple and adds a cozy atmosphere to the look and reflects the actual establishment. As many times as I have worked with this business regardless of owner this is my favorite look to date.

Be sure to go by and visit if in the area, lots of fresh handmade menu items and plenty of  games to play, a nice place to relax.

Description: I love doing work for The Red Door Saloon, mostly because I get to use skulls! They have really unique decor and each location has a sincere ambiance a great place to visit just to see the bar!

This is  new T-Shirt design I created with a new printing method, it is not really printredit’s “bleached” in sort of a way.

Basically an ink that takes the dye out of the shirt and leaves a soft feel. These are really cool and I’m sure we’ll be doing some more. Available now at any Red Door Saloon!

Description: A long time customer 3 crow bar has needed an upgrade for a while. I was happy to oblige with this Wordpress install and customized template that includes a lot of their social networking. The 3rd redesign  of this site in so many years and I think we finally have something that I was able to produce within budget that looks much better than the previous site and  much more legible. Of course, the Wordpress system allows for better SEO and the user has the ability to post their own news articles. We’re also ready for any upgrades with a few clicks of a button.

All in all this is one of my favorite customers that I’ve had the opportunity to work with for several years along with several other East Nashville business owners. What a great group of folks, unfortunately I no longer live in East Nashville but thank all the businesses that still allow me to provide them design & services. Thanks guys!

 I also must comment that I love the sandwiches at this place! They’re steamed! Try one.
